Multicolored clay tile roof that received a complete replacement. Challenges on this project included time constraints because the entire roof replacement needed to be completed during the College's spring break recess.

Technical Assurance has provided evaluation, planning, budgeting, design, bid, and project management and administration for Oberlin College since 1999.

Technical Assurance has designed the current restoration requirements and repair evaluations, cost estimates, and planning documents for groups of buildings based on a priority basis. Technical Assurance's masonry façade restoration and roof replacement for Oberlin College has pertained to approximately forty buildings and roofs to date.
