Due to prolonged exposure to humidity migrating from an adjacent pool, a dew point at the roof insulation layer has deteriorated the coal tar built up roof from the bottom up.

We designed a roof replacement that included a vapor barrier installed directly to the steel deck to prevent moisture migration into the new roof.
