The Carlyle Condominiums

This 21-story structure and two-level parking structure have been evaluated for damage to brick and concrete masonry exterior walls and roofs. Future work will consist of restoring the parking garage basement and sub-basement, the exterior facade brick and the concrete wall elevation components.

No formal structure for ownership of property is more challenging to maintain than that of a Condominium Association. We have made a commitment to working with Condominium clients and we have perfected the methods and systems to consistently achieve project success. In addition, as more and more states require Reserve Funds tied to real capital plans, Technical Assurance has created a Master Plan Study and Matrix for implementation over long-range planning cycles.
