Cleveland Clinic 89th Street Garage

We provided specialty waterproofing design and quality observation services for this project. The waterproofing system design included a specialty inverted bentonite clay panel system installed under the concrete hydraulic slab. Al caissons received waterproofing mastic systems. The garage's below grade walls received a sheet membrane system with protection and drainage courses.
