This Fortune 500 Company with more than 25,000 employees contacted Technical Assurance in 2003 to provide consulting and administration services for the repair and restoration of their parking lots, garages, and building facades at twenty of their divisions located in eighteen cities across the country. Technical Assurance has developed an Asset Management Plan that evaluates, prioritizes, and budgets all of the Northeast Ohio properties including the lots, garages, and building façades. Additionally Technical Assurance has developed plans for maintenance and capital improvements at five of this client's divisions in several states across the country. The surface lots, parking structures, building foundation drainage and waterproofing, and building façades of this Fortune 500 corporate campuses represent sizeable investments and were evaluated on their existing condition, as-built designs, material life cycle, and functional use.
