Diamond Management, now known as North Pointe Realty, Inc. asked Technical Assurance to provide comprehensive services for selective building masonry facades, roofing systems, parking garages and surface lots.

Technical Assurance developed an Asset Management Plan for the Hillcrest Medical Office Buildings 1 and 2 that included the cleaning, patching, replacement, or recoating of the aggregate panels, in addition to the replacement of window sealant joints and the cleaning of brick masonry walls. Furthermore, Technical Assurance provided testing, design, and project management services for the roof systems and masonry façades of the Chagrin Falls Medical Building. The Asset Management Plan for the Chagrin Falls Medical Building detailed the necessity and logic for the rehabilitation of brick units, waterproofing, and the replacement of the entire roof system. Moreover, Technical Assurance has provided inspection, budgeting, planning, and construction administration services for the roof systems and masonry façades of the Euclid Medical Building.
