Technical Assurance has provided civil engineering parking lot consulting services for three divisions of Duke Realty Corporation. The first division, Rock Run located in Independence, Ohio, consists of the buildings known as 5600 – 5800 Rock Run. Initially Technical Assurance provided inspection, testing, evaluation, planning and administration services for Duke Realty’s asphalt concrete lots, surface drains, and asphalt concrete curbs at this location. At the conclusion of the Phase I testing and evaluation services, Duke Realty retained Technical Assurance to design and administer the surface lot rehabilitation. Technical Assurance recommended and implemented an overlay system for the restoration of this lot and functional changes to the entrance/exit roadway to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The second and third divisions of Duke Realty, Oak Tree Center located in Cleveland, OH and the Xerox Building located in Columbus, OH accordingly, were both constructed by Duke Realty and are composed of the same materials. These received the same repair and restoration treatment as Rock Run.
