PROJECTS: Market Segment – Parking Lots, Parking GaragesCleveland, OhioUniversity Hospital Garage 59Project work scope included the replacement of all deck level expansion joints, including the repair of concrete throat openings and the installation of non-compression seal expansion joints which included block outs and a glad. Other minor repairs to control joints were also performed. 
University Hospital Garage 59Technical Assurance has provided inspection and testing, budgeting, and project administration for University Hospitals of Cleveland's parking garages #34, 59, and 61. After our inspection it was determined that evidence of deterioration was visible in the concrete and control joints as a result of water and deicing salt infiltration. Technical Assurance recommended that minor concrete spall repair work and control joint replacement be performed in order to stop the deterioration and premature failure.
