Health Science Podium Complex

Technical Assurance has provided evaluation, planning, budgeting, design, bid, and project management and administration for Case Western Reserve University since 1996. Technical Assurance designed an Asset Management Plan for Case Western Reserve University that included the current repair and restoration requirements, and the ongoing maintenance concerns.

This Asset Management Plan developed for Case Western Reserve University pertained to sixty (60) academic buildings, forty (40) housing buildings, ten (10) property division graduate housing buildings, and five (5) parking garage structures. Technical Assurance's role as the Prime Consultant and Owner's Representative for Case Western Reserve University has enabled the development of a second ten-year Asset Management Plan because the first was accelerated and completed in six years.
