Monticello Middle School

This facade restoration and window replacement program included work on 525 windows at Monticello Middle and Cleveland Heights High School in the first year of the project. In addition, 465 windows were replaced at Roxboro Middle and Elementary Schools, and Noble and Oxford Elementary Schools in the second year of the project.

Since 1995 Technical Assurance has provided masonry façade restoration, roofing replacement, and building exterior consulting services as well as emergency consulting and a variety of project management services for all of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District's fifteen buildings.

This public client's reselection of Technical Assurance for two consecutive years during the district's bi-annual RFQ Process has enabled the development of a second Five Year Asset Management Plan. In addition to the Five Year Asset Management Plans, Technical Assurance has developed a comprehensive semi-annual roof preventative maintenance program.
