Project included a complete roof replacement and minor masonary repairs separated into multiple phases determined by the condition of the particular system, the position in the systems lifecycle, health and safety issues, and the material and installation quality.

North Royalton High School

North Royalton contacted Technical Assurance in 2002 to assess, design, and manage the repair and rehabilitation of the High School roof system. However, soon afterwards Technical Assurance was asked to provide those same services for the Albion Elementary School and the school district’s bus garage. Technical Assurance developed Asset Management Plans for all three of these buildings, which summarized the appropriate repair and restoration requirements, and the ongoing maintenance concerns.
