PROJECTS: Market Segment – ReligiousLakewood, OhioSt. Peter's Episcopal ChurchEvaluation services included the building facade, roofing, mechanical, electrical and ADA assessments. Renovations included slate roof replacements while exterior repairs included stone patching, tuck pointing, the application of water repellent, brick and stone unit replacements, sealant joint replacements, and concrete stairs, apron and sidewalks repair and replacement. 
St. Peter's Episcopal ChurchOftentimes religious facilities are among the most important and historic buildings in our cities and towns. We know that these clients require a high degree of contact and have a high threshold of project expectations. We are comfortable making presentations for fundraising with selected donors as well as presenting our work and study to entire congregations.
