Westin Book Cadillac Hotel and Condominiums

The Westin Book Cadillac Hotel and Condominiums is a high rise steel frame masonry building that was engaged in a major historical renovation program. During the months prior to the involvement of Technical Assurance, concerns were raised by the construction manager and historical preservation architect over the construction and condition of a newly restored façade water table. Technical Assurance was then engaged by Marous Brothers construction, the General Manager, to perform inspection, peer review design details and investigate the roof system and water table during the restoration of this historic building in Detroit, MI.
