Several attempts were made by other contractors to abate the water infiltration with little or no success. The Technical Assurance team determined the source of the leak by a thorough examination and evaluation. 
Whispering Heights CondominiumsNo formal structure for ownership of property is more challenging to maintain than that of a Condominium Association. We have made a commitment to working with Condominium clients and we have perfected the methods and systems to consistently achieve project success. In addition, as more and more states require Reserve Funds tied to real capital plans, Technical Assurance has created a Master Plan Study and Matrix for implementation over long-range planning cycles.
